Onsite Badge Pick-up
Your badge and congress material will be available onsite in the Registration Area. In order to save valuable time onsite, you can use our Selfprint Stations to receive your material. Please do not forget your Entrance Ticket with the barcode. If you have any questions or need help, contact our staff at the Registration Counter.
The registration counter is located in the entrance hall on the ground floor of the Valencia Conference Centre and open at the following times:

Delegate registration fee includes:
- access to the scientific sessions and exhibition area, coffee breaks
- conference documentation (congress bag, final programme, abstract publication, name badge)
- attendance at the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception taking place on Saturday, 26 May 2018*
* not included in the Day Ticket fee for Friday, 25 May 2018
Registration to ECTS 2018 does not give access to the Pre-Congress Programme of Friday, 25 May 2018. For this, separate registration is required.
Member fees apply to individual members of ECTS only. Member registrations will be checked on a regular basis. Wrong registrations will be filtered and changed to non-member fees.
Trainee/Allied Health Professionals:
Trainees = PhD students, Undergraduates, Residents, Fellows, Junior Post docs (within 3 years of PhD)
Allied Health Professionals = nurses, physiotherapists, radiologists, nutritionists and dieticians
To verify your Trainee/Allied Health Professional status, a written confirmation from your chairman, head of department or programme director is required.
Terms & Conditions
Deadline for pre-registration is Tuesday, 22 May 2018. For payment/registration after this date, your confirmation will be available on-site at the registration counter. On-site registration is possible throughout the entire congress during the opening hours of the registration counter.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat, INTERPLAN AG. If received before Friday, 31 March 2018, all registration fees, except for a registration cancellation charge of € 50,00 will be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date. For name changes and replacements a name change & replacement fee of € 25,00 will be charged.
Group registrations (10 or more delegates) are done via individual forms.
For group registrations, we kindly ask you to contact the Congress Secretariat to arrange details.
Any official Italian Agency supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorization by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124).The request of authorization must be submitted within 60 days before the starting date of the event. The appointed agency to collect all applications from pharmaceutical companies and file them with the AIFA is:
